In this episode, Elizabeth brings on two guests to help educate us on the benefits of yoga and how to use it in the various stages of our lives.  Jennifer Cohen Harper wrote a children's book and helps children heal through trauma using yoga as a tool.  Hannah Day then teaches us about moga (yoga for moms).  She helps women prepare for birth mentally and physically with yoga.  She also teaches mom and baby yoga to new moms.
