Hannah Belcher, an autism researcher at Anglia Ruskin University who was diagnosed as an adult, said she had anxiety as a child and stopped going to school at 14 because she was struggling to cope. She received her PhD in studying autism in females. She is a lecturer in psychology and mental health and passionate about sharing her research. Females are often not diagnosed until later in life. Hannah addresses this and hopes to spread awareness for more people to get the answers and help they need and deserve.
